  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Plant Manager
  • Experience with a minimum of 4 direct reports, production scheduling and production supervision, logistics and purchasing
  • Experience working with a roll former is preferred, but not required
  • Experience working with metal fabrication equipment is a must
