MetalJobs Network has been assisting metal producers and metal distributors for almost 30 years, and this past year has been one for the books.  When the global economy came to a screeching halt last spring, we saw it as an opportunity to turn our focus on improving some of our internal technology.  After lots of hard work and over a year’s time, we are proud to announce that we have completed those changes.

    New ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
    • We just finished a 6-month project of upgrading our ATS to a top-of-the-line system
    • Our new ATS provides numerous added features to help our team be more efficient.

      Database Enhancement
      • In addition to moving to a new ATS, we engaged a 4-person research team to verify the current information for all 100K+ records in our system.
      • Since June 2020, that team has put in over 8,000 hours and verified over 70,000 records

      Full-time Marketing/Social Media Expert

      • Arlet joined our team last summer to run our high-touch social outreach.

        Aluminum Extrusion Survey
        • We have an expansive compensation survey underway that focuses on the aluminum extrusion industry.
